Objective: With their event scheduled close to Mardi Gras, event planners wanted to provide a themed goodie package for attendees with giveaways from event sponsors. They wanted to hand these out someplace other than event registration so the check-in process would be fast and smooth.

Personalization: Artwork provided by the customer matched the branding established on their website. The back of the door hanger included a quick reference schedule, plus event sponsor logos and event hashtags to create online buzz.
Method of Distribution: To streamline the hotel and event check-in process, event staff obtained a list of event attendee room numbers and placed the door hangers on their hotel room doors before they checked in.
Marketing Outcome: After making their way to the hotel and checking in, the goodie package was a pleasant surprise for attendees. They appreciated getting the goodie package at their room instead of at check-in because they could take the hanger off the door and look at all the contents in their room, rather than potentially misplacing them at check-in or at the event.
